What’s Included in Every Cleaning

Sixty-two points on a standard visit, 88 on a deep clean. Here they are room by room, so you can see what you’re buying before you book instead of after.

The checklist

Room by room

A two-bed layout, not your home — it shows where the 62 points land and which zones the extra 26 in a deep clean reach. The tables below list every one of them.

Our limits

What we don’t do, and why

Every cleaning company has a line. Ours is written down, so you find it here instead of on the day.

Exterior windows

Anything past the inside of the glass needs ladders, poles, and different insurance. We clean interior glass on every visit and hand you the name of a Denver window crew for the outside.

Carpet and upholstery shampooing

We vacuum thoroughly, including edges. Extraction is a machine and a skill of its own, and a bad job leaves a carpet wetter and dirtier than it started.

Decluttering and organizing

We clean around what’s out rather than deciding where your things belong. Professional organizers do that work properly, and a cleaner guessing at it is how items go missing.

Anything above a two-step ladder

High light fixtures, vaulted ceilings, and second-story interior windows are a fall risk for a two-person crew. We stop where safety does, and we say so before the visit.

Mold, biohazards, and pet accidents

These need remediation, not cleaning — different equipment, different training, and in some cases a licensed contractor. We’ll tell you what you’re looking at and who to call.

Post-construction cleanup

Drywall dust gets into everything and destroys a household vacuum in one visit. That job needs a crew equipped for it, and we’ll point you to one.
