Timing
When to book a deep clean
Before your first recurring visit. Most Denver homes start here. One deep clean brings everything to the same level, and standard visits hold it there for a lot less money.
After winter. Sidewalk salt rides in on boots from November to March. It dries white on hardwood in entryways and eats at the finish if it sits. February and March are our busiest deep-clean months for exactly this reason.
Before allergy season. Denver’s dry air keeps dust fine and airborne, and static holds it on vents and baseboards instead of dropping it where a vacuum finds it. Clearing vents and blinds in April makes a noticeable difference by the time the cottonwoods start.
Before you host. Family in town, a graduation party, in-laws for a week — a deep clean two days ahead beats three evenings of your own scrubbing.
When it’s just been a while. If nobody has cleaned behind the toilet or on top of the fridge in a year, say so when you book. We’d rather plan the time than rush it.
