Apartment Cleaning in Denver
Studios through three-bedroom units, from $99. The cleaning is the easy part — we’re also the crew that already knows your building’s front desk, freight elevator, and delivery window.
The difference
How an apartment differs from a house
Less floor, more surface. A 900-square-foot unit has nearly as much counter, glass, and tile as a house twice its size, packed into rooms where two cleaners have to work around each other. We plan the route before we start so nobody is mopping the same six feet twice.
Floor-to-ceiling glass is the other difference. In a house, windows are a deep-clean item. In a Denver high-rise they’re the whole west wall, and the afternoon sun shows every streak — so interior glass is part of every apartment visit, not an add-on.
Then there’s the air. Sealed units with the HVAC running keep dust in circulation instead of letting it settle, which puts vents and sills on the list far more often than in a bungalow with windows that open.
Logistics
Building logistics we handle
Tell us once, at booking. After that it lives in your file and we stop asking.
Getting in
- Front desk check-in, with our cleaners on your guest list
- Fob, key, or code held by the building, not by us
- Concierge packages left at the door untouched
- Callbox and unit numbers that don’t match, which is half of LoDo
Moving through
- Freight elevator reservations when the building requires one
- Loading dock windows, usually 9 AM to 4 PM on weekdays
- Service entrances instead of the lobby, where that’s the rule
- Quiet hours honored, including vacuum times
Trash and recycling
- Chute rules, including what a building won’t take
- Recycling sorted the way your HOA asks
- Bulk items left with the building, never in the hallway
Parking
- Visitor spot, garage level, or metered street
- Two hours of meter time built into our arrival window
- No parking validation needed from you
Flat rates
Studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom pricing
Same flat rates as a house of the same size. A studio bills as a one-bedroom because the work is the same.
| Unit | Standard | Deep | Move-out |
|---|---|---|---|
| Studio or 1 bed, 1 bath | $99 | $190 | $220 |
| 2 bed, 2 bath | $149 | $285 | $330 |
| 3 bed, 2 bath | $179 | $340 | $395 |
On a recurring schedule those standard prices drop up to 20%. Check your unit and see the number before you book.
For renters
Renting in LoDo or Capitol Hill
LoDo and RiNo are newer towers: fobs, freight elevators, and a front desk that needs your cleaners on a list. Once you add us, entry stops being a conversation. Most of those buildings also run their loading dock on a schedule, so we book the same weekday slot for you and keep it.
Capitol Hill is the opposite problem — 1900s buildings carved into apartments, with radiators, painted-over trim, and stairwells instead of elevators. Radiator fins hold dust the way nothing else in a home does, and we clean them on every visit rather than saving them for a deep clean.
Either way, tell us in the notes if your building has a rule we’d only learn by breaking it. We’d rather read it once than apologize to your neighbor.
