Pricing & payment

How much does house cleaning cost in Denver?

A standard clean starts at $99 for a 1 bed, 1 bath home and $149 for a 2 bed, 2 bath. Deep cleans start at $190 and move-out cleans at $220, and you can see your exact number in the calculator without talking to anyone.

Is the price on the website the price I pay?

Yes. The number includes supplies, equipment, insurance, travel, and Colorado sales tax. Nothing gets added after the visit, and no cleaner can decide on the day that your home costs more.

When am I charged?

After the visit, never before. Recurring clients are charged per visit rather than as a package up front, and a receipt arrives by email the same day.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, for staying on a schedule: 20% off weekly, 15% every two weeks, and 10% monthly. The discount applies to every visit, not just the first one.

Do I need to tip?

No. Our cleaners are paid well above the Denver average and the price you see is the whole price. Tips are welcome and go entirely to the team.

Getting in

Scheduling & access

How far ahead do I need to book?

Three to five days is comfortable for most weeks. The last two days of the month fill first because of lease turnovers, so book earlier if you need a move-out clean then.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Most clients give us a door code or leave a key, and you’ll get a text when we arrive and another when we finish.

What if I need to skip or move a visit?

Text us 24 hours ahead and it’s free, with no effect on your discount. Inside 24 hours we charge half, because the slot usually can’t be filled that late.

Can I keep the same day and time every visit?

Yes, and that’s how we prefer to schedule. Fixed slots are what let us keep the same two cleaners on your home instead of sending whoever is free.

What are your hours?

Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, closed Sunday. Messages that arrive after hours are answered first thing the next business morning.

Do you clean on weekends?

Saturdays, yes, at the same price as a weekday. Saturday slots book out further than the rest of the week, so ask early if that’s the only day that works.

The work

The cleaning itself

What’s included in a standard cleaning?

A 62-point checklist covering the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and entryways. The full list is on the What’s Included page, room by room, next to the 88 points a deep clean adds.

How long does a cleaning take?

Two cleaners spend 1.5 to 2 hours on a 1 bed, 1 bath home, 2 to 3.5 hours on two or three bedrooms, and 3.5 to 5 hours on four or five. A deep clean takes roughly twice as long, and the price doesn’t change if we run over.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, everything, including the vacuum. If you’d rather we use a specific product on a surface, leave it out and mention it in the notes.

Is it safe for kids and pets?

Yes. We use fragrance-free, low-VOC products by default, and we’ll skip any room you’d rather we didn’t enter.

Should I tidy up before you arrive?

Only if you want to. We clean around what’s out rather than moving your things, so nothing goes missing — and a clear counter does mean more of the visit goes into cleaning it.

Do you do laundry or dishes?

Dishes in the sink get loaded into the dishwasher on any visit. Laundry is an add-on at $25 for a wash-and-fold load, so it’s planned into the time instead of squeezed in.

What don’t you clean?

Exterior windows, carpet shampooing, decluttering, anything above a two-step ladder, mold, and post-construction debris. Each one is explained on the What’s Included page, along with who to call instead.

Who we send

Our team

Will the same cleaners come every time?

Yes — that’s the rule the company was built on. If someone is out sick or leaves us, we tell you before the visit and send a cleaner who has read your file.

Are your cleaners background-checked?

Every one, before hire, with no exceptions. We also call two work references and run a paid trial clean with a lead cleaner before anyone works in your home alone.

Are they employees or contractors?

Employees, on payroll. That’s why we can require two weeks of training, and why our insurance and bonding cover the work instead of leaving a cleaner personally liable.

How many people come?

Two, on nearly every visit. A pair finishes in about half the time and keeps each other honest on the checklist.

Do you speak with clients directly?

Yes. Text the office number and a coordinator answers during business hours, usually within the hour. Your cleaners get the message before the next visit.

Putting it right

Guarantee & problems

What if I’m not happy with the clean?

Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and fix it free. Still not happy after that, and you get your money back — no forms and no argument about what counts.

What if something gets broken?

We’re licensed, bonded, and insured, and we tell you before you find it yourself. Send us what it costs to replace and we handle it.

What if my cleaners are late?

You get a text as soon as we know, not after the window has passed. Denver traffic and a previous home running long are the usual reasons, and we’d rather tell you than have you wonder.

How do I cancel my service?

Text or email and we stop. There’s no contract, no notice period, and the last visit is billed at the rate you already had.

Do you have insurance I can verify?

Yes. Ask and we’ll email the certificate of insurance the same day, which is what most HOAs and building managers need before they add us to a guest list.
