Why us
Why the same team matters
Most cleaning companies send whoever is free that day. It sounds like a scheduling detail. It isn’t. Every new cleaner starts over: which room the dog sleeps in, which faucet spots if you don’t dry it, that the guest bath only gets used in December.
We assign two cleaners to your home and keep them there. By the third visit they stop needing instructions. By the tenth they notice the things you never got around to mentioning — and they work faster, which is why a schedule costs less than a one-time visit.
When someone is out sick or leaves us, we tell you before the visit and send a cleaner who has read your file. You won’t open the door to two strangers and a clipboard.
Frequency
How often, and what you save
The discount comes off every visit, not just the first one. Prices below are for a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home.
| How often | You save | 2 bed, 2 bath | Works well for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weekly | 20% | $119 | Families, pets, home offices, anyone hosting often |
| Every 2 weeks | 15% | $127 | The schedule most Denver homes settle on |
| Monthly | 10% | $134 | Smaller homes, or a tidy household that wants a reset |
| One-time | — | $149 | Trying us out before you commit to anything |
Your home isn’t 2 bed, 2 bath? Run your own numbers — it takes about 30 seconds.
Duration
How long a visit takes
Two cleaners work the home together. These are the windows we plan around — you get an exact arrival time the day before.
| Home size | Standard visit | First visit |
|---|---|---|
| 1 bed, 1 bath | 1.5–2 hours | Add about an hour |
| 2 bed, 2 bath | 2–3 hours | Add about an hour |
| 3 bed, 2 bath | 2.5–3.5 hours | Add 1–2 hours |
| 4–5 bed | 3.5–5 hours | Add 1–2 hours |
The price doesn’t change if we run long. You booked a clean home, not a block of hours.
Common questions
Questions about recurring visits
Can I skip a visit?
Yes, and it doesn’t cost anything. Text us 24 hours ahead and we’ll move to the next one on your schedule. Your discount stays where it is.
Can I change my day or time?
Any time. Some clients switch to Fridays in summer and back to Mondays in winter. We’ll keep the same two cleaners on your home whenever the new slot allows it, and tell you straight if it doesn’t.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. There’s nothing to sign and nothing to cancel by mail. Tell us to stop and we stop — the last visit is billed at the rate you’d already agreed to, not backdated to the one-time price.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most recurring clients give us a door code or leave a key. You’ll get a text when we arrive and another when we finish.
What if the house is a mess that week?
That’s the week the visit earns its keep. We clean around what’s out rather than moving your things around, so nothing goes missing. If you’d rather we put items away, leave a note and tell us where they live.
